The verification of your AMP account did not go through. The message you received about the account being linked, just means that your account is the correct one, but there is a verification status at the bottom of that window and it states "Not Verified".

You will need to get with AMP to find out why the verification is not working. Or, if they set you up with a CQG or Rithmic account, then you can just connect to that account to do the verification for your Sierra Chart account.

We checked the status of the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your account, and we see that you only completed exchange agreements for the EUREX, but you have not activated any exchanges. What are the exchanges for which you are wanting real-time data?
