The problem is that you do not have any exchanges activated on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, you are not setup to get any real-time data from us, which is necessary to use the Trading Evaluator. If you are wanting to use Delayed Data with our Trading Evaluator, then you would need to select the Trading Evaluator-Delayed service. If you are wanting to get the Real-Time data from us, then you would need to activate an exchange on the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just be aware that you will need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month to prove to the CME Group that you have the account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
