You are setup to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and everything looks good on our account, so you should not be having any issues. First, did you go through the Setup Instructions to connect to Rithmic? You will find these instructions here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Second, after you connected to Rithmic, did you change your symbols to be the Rithmic symbols? If not, then be sure you select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. If you are still having an issue after doing the above, then get us a copy of your message log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
