I'm using the trial version but getting 0 for "volume" on the "QuoteBook" and no information in "Time and Sales." I'm wondering if this is because it's Sunday morning? I'm not sure how I can practice or go forward if I can't see anything on the weekend. I should at least be able to see traded contracts from the previous day. I just see 0 for everything. NOTE: I tried manually entering the correct symbol as well as using "Translate Symbols to Current Service." Again, it seems to be partially working but 0 on volume still remains and "Time and Sales" are blank.
