Our servers are showing that you are connected to CQG. Additionally, your account has been updated to reflect that you have made the connection, so you are good for the data from the CME Group as a non-professional. You should have real-time data for everything now. The one thing we can think of that you may need to do is to update your symbols, if you did not change them once you made the connection to CQG. To do this open your Chartbooks and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update all your charts to the CQG symbols.
