It does not appear that you are getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Please check the setting Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds and set this to Yes. If it was set to No and you change it to Yes, then after you close that window, you will need to select File >> Disconnect, followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. Then you will need to redownload the data for the chart by having the chart selected for which you want to redownload the data and then selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download, then select all the contracts and redownload the data. You will get the historical and current data coming from the Denali Exchange Data Feed in this case. If the setting above is already set to Yes, then let us know.
