Make sure both the main instance of Sierra Chart and all sub instances have a tick by tick data configuration:

Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this:

If you still have an issue follow the instructions here:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
