The first thing you want to ensure is that the Sierra Chart window for which you want the change to apply, is the active window at the time of the key press. Also, for trading keyboard shortcuts there is the menu item for Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled. Make sure this has the checkmark next to it. Also note that this is a "Per Chart" setting, so you need to ensure that it is enabled for all the charts for which you want to use the keyboard shortcuts.
