The log file shows the following: Failed to create folder: C:\Users\DLaz7\Downloads\DownloadedInstallationFiles\ACS_Source\. Windows error code 5: Access is denied.
The account you are using when you tried to install Sierra Chart is not allowed to create directories in the Download folder, or something else is blocking it. Refer to the following: Software Download: Resolving 'Access is Denied' Errors Also, you should not install Sierra Chart (or any program) into your Downloads folder. Our recommendation is to install to the top-level of your data drive (C: if you just have a single drive on your computer).
