Because for most people when they change the time zone they would want their Session Times to remain the same relative to what they originally set. Therefore, this is what we implemented. Did you mean 2020-05-01 23:59:00? It is 2020-05-01 23:59:00 in the chart header.
Yes, sorry. 23:59:00 This is a guess and it's wrong, because both charts have all bars visible, in other words they are scrolled to the oldest bar.
Then the Session Times are different in the two charts. We are just working with the information we are given, and we assumed that both charts had the same session times.
