1. You can not do what you are asking. The system automatically adjusts the Session Times based on the current and new Time Zone settings. You have us curious, are you changing the Time Zone often, and if so, what is the reason for this. 2. The reason for the difference in the Chart Header between the two images is because on one of them, you are scrolled to the bar with a start date/time of 2021-05-01 12:59:00 (Note the Time in the Chart Header), whereas the other one is scrolled to the most recent bar where the Date/Time is showing 2021-05-06 00:59:54 (so you are into the next day).
