There are two problem occurring. 1. The symbols are incorrect. For the Trading Evaluator service, the symbol for the Z 2021 contract of the ES would be ESZ21. Make sure you have your chartbooks open and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. 2. You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month.
