Hi, Thought I had this fixed but I didnt. I have alerts set on my chart to show a up arrow and to notify me via text and email. The alerts(up arrow, are showing on my chart but no notification or text being sent). Checked alert log and it is not registering the alert. The thing is if I replay the chart it works fine and the text/email is sent. Any suggestions as to what the trouble may be? I am using an overlay study and a crossover function in a colour bar based on an alert study. thanks |
