If a Trading Technologies User and/or Account is not properly configured by the clearing firm it will result in order rejections.

If you encounter the below order rejections as indicated in the Trade >> Trade Service Log, then your clearing firm needs to make the changes as shown in the screenshots below.
Rejection message: Text: Insufficient permissions : route does not exist for clientCompId LIVE_SIERRA_3, route : 94008 , 7.
