Hi SC, I recently set up an account with AMP, funded the account and also set up my CQG connection. I now have the FULL CME group with market depth running, my account has been reviewed and accepted and I have also been given the CME-NON professional status with lower data fees. When I load up my ES charts its still delayed and it keeps giving me the error message: " Real time data feed subscription not enabled" I sent in my activity log as well. I got in contact with AMP and they say everything is fine on their side, my account is funded, verified and the balance is showing on Sierra Chart. They told me that I need to talk to the data feed provider/Sierra Chart about this. Can you please give me some advice on what to do here as I can not figure out what is going on. According to me everything should work. I was also assisted by my trader educator with the process and he advised me to get in contact with you.
