On my system at least, it is using the default title bar color. I have no idea where Microsoft has that set. But, if you go to Windows Settings >> Personalization >> Colors and scroll down you will see the list of Accent Colors. Underneath that is an option for Show Accent Color on the Following Surfaces: Title Bar and Window Borders. If you enable that option, then Sierra Chart will use that Accent Color.
