The problem with historical Daily data downloading for your account was resolved earlier today. You should not have any trouble with that any longer. You can bring all of your charts up-to-date by selecting Edit >>Download Data for All Historical Charts. We have now implemented support in the latest prerelease to download historical cash Forex data from the Sierra Chart server. Update Sierra Chart according to the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/download.php#FastUpdate After the update enable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Support Alternate Forex Historical Data. When this option is enabled, any IB -CASH- symbol for the main Forex crosses, will now get data from the Sierra Chart server. This provides more history and better downloading performance.
