You would need the Advanced Package in order to use the TPO and Numbers Bars. If you are also wanting to get data from us, then you would need to be on Package 11 (Advanced + Denali Data Feed Fee). And you would need to activate whichever exchange meets your needs (such as #1 (Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals)).
