Reinstalling was not necessary. That was not the problem. If there is an issue, most likely it is simply due to a problem on the CTS T4 side where they are not responding to "Security Definition" requests or providing the data requested. This is something that we have been concerned about due to the symbol changes they have made. Therefore, there is a potential for the problem to happen again.
