We are not sure exactly the situation you are encountering or what resizing you want to occur. If your chart is set to Automatic scaling, then any new bars are going to be kept within view as they are added to the screen. If you do not want the automatic scaling, then you could use a Constant Range chart with the option to Keep the Last Bar within View.
