Dear Support: Today I received the following error message (see attached) after modifying the values of and saving a study: Error Loading Trade Window Configuration File - Windows error code 123: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. Error Opening Trade Window Configuration FIle [note the garbage characters in the filename] This is chartbook and chart that I've been using for months, with the same studies. Is it possible that, because I have [Auto-Save Chartbooks] set to 300 minutes, it was attempting to save the chartbook at the exact same time as I was saving (pressing "OK") the study? If so, then I assume there is no semaphore set during chartbook save to stall readers until the save is complete and the file handle is switched. Please advise.
