You are definitely going to have differences when using a time-based chart versus a non-time-based chart. Items like the Initial Balance that are looking for a specific time are not going to stop intrabar. Therefore, the entire bar that contains the time is going to be taken into consideration. As noted above, if the time is the important item, then you would need to have a time-based chart that has the bars starting/stopping at the appropriate interval in order to get the data as you want it, and then overlay it to a non-time-based chart.
