In order to control a timeframe like 2 days, you would have to load your data using a specific start date to ensure that the 2 days were the way you want them. But for items like weekly or monthly, where you have a specific selection option in the Chart Settings, then this is done automatically. Given this, we are not sure what the issue is that you are seeing with the weekly bars in the image you provided. The week starts on Sunday as is the standard week for most countries.
