We have noticed data differences between myself and another user even though we have identical settings and are using Denali data. We checked same settings, system clocks/timezones, and our bars on a 375 Volume NQ chart do not match. See the image at https://i.imgur.com/nMACb8n.png that shows the issue. In this case, the times are off and the bar is off by 1 tick. We have seen a much larger discrepancy in XBTUSD which we are still gathering data for. Using the same studies, we are not getting the same signals from the indicators because the bars do not match. In all cases, the charts are set to draw a new bar at the globex open at 15:00 pacific/17:00 chicago. It appears that opening bar is correct, and after sometime, maybe before RTH open when volume picks up, the data starts to not match. This is actually the time it is most important for it to match. Why would there be differences in the data different users see when they have the same settings? This is a major issue with the reliability and quality of the data that needs to be addressed to maintain user trust. Please let me know how we can help troubleshoot further, and how we can ensure that two users with the same settings always see the exact same data on their charts. |
