If you have the option for Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other >> Allow Support for OpenGL Grpahics enabled, then disable this and restart Sierra Chart and see if this resolves your problem.

If the OpenGL is NOT enabled, but you think your graphics card supports OpenGL, then try enabling that option and restarting Sierra Chart and see it makes a difference.
