First, make sure that you are using a Continuous Futures Contract. Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts Second, if you are setup for a Continuous Futures Contract, be sure you select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download and then you should get a window that asks you which contracts you actually want to reload the data for. Be sure you select the contracts that cover the period for which you are missing data.
