Your log shows that you are trying to get data for the symbols ES and VX. But you only have the CBOT with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange activated. Neither of these symbols are part of that exchange. We are surprised that you are getting any data at all for these symbols, since you are not getting the data from Gain Capital either. If you want data for these symbols, then you would need to activate the exchanges on which they trade. The ES is on the CME exchange.
