Hello,

Has the problem with the activation of my account been taken care off? Let me know if it has been fixed and what I need to do to get my charts going.

Yesterday's response from SC:

We see a problem with the activation of your account on the backend authorization system. We apologize for this.

In Sierra Chart, for the time being disable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. Press OK.

After this reconnect to the data feed by selecting File >> Disconnect and then Connect to Data Feed. This problem will be resolved later in the morning.
