There is not a way to do this and have it just for Options. But, there is a way that you can do this for a Trading DOM in general. To do this, enable the option for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Disable Data File Updating and then enter the same symbol name in the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trade and Current Quote Symbol. This way, you will get the quote updates but not the trade data. Just keep in mind that doing this means that you will not be able to add any studies to that Trading DOM, as they are dependent on the underlying trade data.
