Put the old Sierra4.config file in place (the one where the program starts off screen). Then start Sierra Chart. Once it is running, open the Task Manager and go to the Sierra Chart program. Right-click on the program and you should have an option for "Maximize". Select this to maximize the Sierra Chart program, which should put it on your main monitor, or at least one of your monitors. Then you can grab the Title Bar from there and move it to where you want it.
