Hello Support, I'm currently working with a trading evaluator called UProfit, I was not having any problems accessing market data with the Rithmic credentials they provided until I updated to the latest version of Sierra Chart, let me explain. I couldn't connect to the data feed right after the SC update, I received an error message saying that it couldn't connect due to the exchange not being specified. This is what I found and how I fixed it: In the latest version of SC, in "Data/Trade Service Settings" > "Current Selected Service" > the only option available under Rithmic is: "Rithmic Direct - DTC (trading)" I had to go to Help > Install Previous version I went back to "Data/Trade Service Settings" > "Current Selected Service" > now I had two options for Rithmic, the one I mentioned above and "Rithmic Trading (trading)" which is the one I always use with Trading Evaluators. I selected this option and the issue was solved. Just reporting the problem in case you want to take a look, this can affect many users working with trading evaluators. In my case, I won't be able to update my SC until the issue is resolved. Thanks! |
