First, make sure you are using the most recent release. There were some changes awhile ago to help with the issue you are seeing, so we want to make sure that you have those fixes. Second, make sure your Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is set to 1 Tick. If it is set to a value larger than 1 tick, then the problem you are seeing is something that we can not fix. It is just something that is caused by using consolidated data. If you do change your Storage Time Unit, then you would need to re-download all the data to get it at the tick level. For each symbol, select Edit >> Delete all Data and Download. You would just need to do this once per symbol, not per chart.
