The problem you are having is that your Denali Exchange Data Feed exchange(s) are not active. They did not renew back on September 1, 2021 due to a low balance. You can reactivate the exchange(s) you want from the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Note that since today is the 28th of the month and there is only 1 more trading day (plus Sunday night) left, we recommend waiting until Monday morning before you activate the exchange(s), otherwise you will pay the full amount for the month just for the next 3 days (1+ trading days), and then pay again on November 1, 2021.
