What you are asking for can already be done in the Numbers Bars for the Pullback column when displaying the text as Ask Vol Bid Vol Difference. In this case, just set the Pullback Column x Text Coloring Method to Based on Ask Vol Bid Vol Difference - Actual in which case positive numbers will use the Up colors and negative numbers will use the Down colors.
