Hello, Sorry to maybe ask a question already answered 10 times but despite the time wasted looking, I can't find the right answer. I specify that I am French and that reading dozens of pages in English is probably a little more difficult for me than the average on such technical subjects. I paid the sierra chart subscription and the denali data exchange for eurex. I find my studies from the trial period but the footprint, volume footprint, and the data in the delta, delta change, volume, etc. tables are not displayed. Candlestick charts, technical indicators, quotes are displayed but footprint charts contain everything except the footprint itself. Could you, please, give me the good advice to resolve it.
