Our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to Rithmic. If this is correct, then at least one reason for the error is that it is the wrong symbol. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to set your symbols to the correct ones for the currently selected service. Also, since the service is set to Rithmic, it means that you are using the old Bridge program, which is no longer being supported. It may still work, but once you update to a current release it will not work anymore. Therefore, we recommend you update to the newer Rithmic connection.
