Haha hey bud. I'm on your guys' side. I think the state of the industry in terms of convolution is absolutely astounding. And with that i'm still grasping everything. Over the course of a week I've signed up for a demo, activated my account, filled out the paperwork for Stage 5 today, and plan on using your Direct Order Routing as soon as the dust has settled. I activated/upgraded my account to receive the feed an hour or two ago. I actually fell down the rabbit hole since my OP and downloaded a second instance, filled out all the CME paperwork, and activated live data/DOM for CME. It's just my brain was melted trying to figure this all out. You guys have done an almost perfect job and execution of support without having to actually support in terms of all the collateral you have for literally any question i could think of. I'm not mad or upset. Nor was i attempting to make you or SC look bad. I just want things to work, and i understand that SC stand alone is a well oiled machine, it's the outside influences that make your jobs tough. But, along with the general learning curve stepping into SC having the data issue has made it that more frustrating. I plan on moving my account with Tradovate over to Stage 5 here shortly but in the meantime I do have a funded trader account that was plugged in with NinjaTrader with a free license. And i'd still rather use SC. So, just so i'm clear - When you say use the Denali Exchange Data Feed only i can still plug into Rithmic for the funded account and use the Denali feed for data, correct? Would i set that per symbol in the global settings symbol options? Or do i need to log in with the SC feed, download, and then load into the Rithmic feed for trading? I was reading a thread earlier where someone had mentioned if you have two instances up it pulls from both feeds. Can you confirm? Thanks in advance |
