I still can not get reliable data for the charts. You are using Rithmic market data, an external service, and we do not provide support for that.And you are not using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Use the Denali Exchange Data Feed only: Denali Exchange Data Feed Let us know if you need any help setting that up. Your problems will then be solved. You can see our perspective. You have written this entire post taking your time and our time and making us look poorly. Why would we even bother supporting external data at all? It makes utterly no sense at all. None at all. And that is why we are gradually phasing other sources of data out. It would have been done years ago if it were not for CME market data policy.
