Hi, last question. When i use a different sierra charts account (other account is a professional account that pays 115$ a month), the rithmic connection works and i can trade perfectly on the identical chartbook. but the moment i switch to this sierra charts account, i get the data loading problem. this is 100% a rithmic issue?
