It should definitely be keeping that value when you restart Sierra Chart, unless you are not saving your Chartbook. Be sure you save the Chartbook after you make the change to that setting and then when you restart Sierra Chart, it should stay the same. It will change when you change Symbols. If you want to have a specific multiplier for certain symbols, then you can update the Symbol Settings for those symbols to have that setting set to a specific value. That way, when you change the symbol, it will use the values in the Symbol Settings.
