So today at the first of the month data all of a sudden says delayed. So I went and bought the NYMEX NON-professional market depth since I trade CL and have a separate live trading account with Tradovate. It still says DELAYED. Now the problem is Sierra chart staff manually themselves verified my live trading account which was with Tradovate, so it was done on their end.. So I don't know how to "briefly connect to it" since it was done on your end, I can provide you a pdf statement from today to show you I am still active in my live trading account.
