Recently, there was a change with historical data for CQG, where when using a Service Package which includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed, historical Intraday data only comes from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, when using CQG, only when using Service Package 12. Not on Service Packages 10 or 11.

And in your particular case the most recent 10 minutes of data would still come from CQG.

We have set your account for service package 12, at no cost, for one month.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
