1) There is not an option to do this. 2) What you are wanting to do is how it functions when you select the Move option, so we are not understanding what you are doing. When you select Move for the Parallel Lines, it will move both lines together, as they were initially set. This works the same as the Regression Channel that you were asking in #1. It sounds like you are selecting the Adjust option not the Move option.
