hI, I use Denali Data including for Eurex, and I have followed instructions and translated symbols to CQG on my DOMs for trading Live via AMP, CME symbols work fine for Live trades but I can't seem to enter Live trades on Eurex symbols. I receive the following messages in the Trade Service Log: Trade Order Error - CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Text: Order request rejected. Please contact customer support.[Order parameters are invalid]. Internal Order ID: 2129. Service Order ID: 1582132268. Symbol: F.US.DDZ21. Account: 97818 | 2021-09-24 14:12:14.027 * I receive the following message from AMP AMP | Victor (AMP Global (USA)) Sep 24, 2021, 7:33 AM CDT Hello, If you have CQG routing only from our end and SC/Denali with them, you will need to get the Eurex exchange through Sierra. Any ideas what needs changing to initiate Live trading on Eurex? Thanks |
