Just to add a note here. I am one of those "not-too-happy" Sierra Chart + OEC data feed user. I decided to spend some time browsing through OEC support forum as well. I can see how difficult it is for Sierra team trying to resolve the connection problem with that sort of response from OEC team....

Well, to be fair, Sierra Chart is still a solid platform. I just need to search for another datafeed or even broker. Think about this, if OEC is not actively solving the connection problem, it makes no difference for us to switch charting platform while stick to OEC feed. Old problems will appear sooner or later.

A suggestion to Sierra team, could we have a sticky post/thread just for OEC connection problem updates?
