There are a number of ways to change the quantity for your orders. The easiest is to open the Trade Window for that chart. To do this, ensure that the chart that has the issue is the active chart, then select Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart. On that window, change the quantity to what you want it to be. Whatever the quantity is set to when you save the Chartbook is what it will be when you go to place your orders.
