You were marked as a Professional, but we see that you completed a new set of agreements for the CME Group data where you had Stage 5 for your broker, so we changed your status to Non-Professional for the CME Group data. Therefore, if you want to activate any of the CME Group exchanges, you will now be able to select the Non-Professional exchanges. Just keep in mind, that for the CME Group data you will need to connect your Sierra Chart to your trading account at least once a month in order to verify your account.
