Hi User55237, if you are referring to "Highlight Midpoint In Profile" in TPO Chart Study Settings the result is simply the midpoint between the price high and low in the profile. This is also known as "Half Back," which is a term used by jdaltontrading.com and others. I find it very useful as is.
