Your issue is that you only have the NYMEX Non-Professional Top-of-Book exchange active, but you are trying to get data for symbols that are traded on other exchanges within the CME Group. As such, those other symbols are going to be the delayed data. In order to get the real-time data, you will need to activate the appropriate exchanges to ensure you cover all the symbols you want. If you just need the CME Exchange top of book, then it is easiest just to add that one exchange for an additional $1.25. But if you need a 3rd, then it is best to go with the Full CME Group for NonProfessional Trading Accounts, which gives you all 4 exchanges for $3.25. Just be aware that there are not refunds for the exchanges, so if you were to deactivate the NYMEX Top-of-Book and activate the Full CME Group for NonProfessionals, then you would not get back the $1.25 and you will pay the full $3.25 for the remainder of this month for the new exchange.
