We are not sure exactly what you are referring to in terms of a "Demo" account that you created, as the particular situations you are describing do not make sense to us. But, let's just talk about the difference between our "Simulation Mode" and our "Simulated Futures Trading Service". Simulation mode, has the default account name of Sim1 and does not have an Account Balance. Additionally, the information is just stored on the local computer. For more information on Simulation Mode, refer to the following: Trade Simulation The Simulated Futures Trading Service acts more like the real trading service in which you have an account balance and margin requirements and orders are sent to our servers and can exist outside of the local Sierra Chart software. The information for this service can be found here: Simulated Futures Trading Service If you have setup an account for the Simulated Futures Trading Service, then be aware that you have to change the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to the appropriate service.
